Who are we?
At Morgan Blake, we know, that only by diversifying our talent can we ever reach our full potential. This is why each of our team members brings something unique to the drawing board – notwithstanding their innovation & passion.
Over the past three decades David has developed an excellent reputation in the franchise world for his expertise with franchisors and franchise owner recruitment, helping to develop many new concepts from scratch through to working with some of the biggest UK and overseas brands. He currently sits on the boards and management teams of several franchisors. David pioneered the Refuse Cleaning Services franchise and developed an international brand management training business through franchising.
Jeff is a qualified accountant and has spent the last 20 years in sales both running his own company and managing large nationwide sales teams for Blue Chip companies. His skills include recruitment, sales, training and establishing growing networks of sales teams.
Ashley has spent the last 16 years running Morgan Blake Solutions busy franchise office call centre. The office is the first contact point for inquiries to Morgan Blake and its clients, from franchisor and potential franchise owner, business partners, both national and international. The office operates on Morgan Blake’s bespoke ‘arousal period system’ in response to and when dealing with new enquiries for franchise opportunities.
Amanda works in Morgan Blake’s franchise office, undertaking a variety of roles including but not exclusively data-basing, proof reading and research.
Youth Franchise Liaison
Jake is our newest member of the team, working as part of Morgan Blake’s local youth development and support, alongside local colleges. Jake is given specific tasks and experiencing all aspects of the franchising with Morgan Blake from board meetings to franchise shows. This helps to pass on the knowledge and understanding of franchising in the UK to the next generation.
Steve’s expertise is in accountancy and marketing. His background covers general, sales and financial management in such business sectors as manufacturing, wealth management, consultancy and of course franchising.
Tony is a very experience retailer, having spent over 25 years at a senior management and executive level. The span of his experience covers photographic, electronics, the care sector, luxury yacht and the food and wine industries.
Specialising in developing distribution chains for companies, he has a pertinent skill in building growth through vertical integration and import/export.
Tony has recently been involved in launching a major British brand in China.
Franchise Marketing Consultant
Michael’s background is in marketing, training, coaching and video creation. With experience as a trainer and senior manager in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries, Michael then moved into marketing and video production – specialising in business film making.
Michael is a Master Practitioner in NLP specialising in influence and persuasion.
Steve has been involved with the finance leasing industry for over 30 years, gaining experience from major bank operations to small, family run brokerages.
He is experienced in sales and in particular training for sales teams in all disciplines of business winning, with national and high-profile clients.
He has a good understanding of developing, expanding and establishing solid foundations for business and has also spent the last 6 years providing consultancy to small/medium sized companies.
